With an experience of over 30 years, CEMECO has created the base to dominate the market in the sector of turnkey prefabricated construction.
Thanks to a flexible organization and being in tune with the needs of the clientele, we have differentiated our products specializing in the construction of industrial, commercial, agricultural, educational and sports buildings. Cutting edge technology and dynamism are the characteristics that allow CEMECO to compete in the industry. Each project is handled by a highly qualified team that coordinates all operational stages of the project execution.
CEMECO and the PREFAB BUILDINGS INDUSTRY
Having one company to trust for the realization of a project is more of a necessity than only a requirement. CEMECO is able to carry a full “turnkey” implementation of prefabricated building projects.
Unique among its competitors in the industry, directly creating all the components whether they are in cement, steel, aluminum or GRC (glass reinforced concrete), CEMECO is responsible for all activities regarding the contract:
• project design and development,
• approval process by regulatory bodies,
• site preparation
• assembly of the prefabricated structure, frames and aluminum facades,
• construction and finishing of the works.
The project management is guided by the ISO 9001 standards and the European Regulations for construction products (CPR) through which all activities are organized: the design, manufacturing (made entirely in our own factory) and installation on site. The attention to the regulations, supported by modern and automated production facilities are a guarantee of consistently high quality.
CEMECO is SOA-attested for participation in public procurement and boasts as its clients leading companies nationwide including Edison, ITALGAS, SNAM, Bologna Fiere, CPL Concordia, LUBE Cucine, University of Alessandria.
RENEWABLE ENERGY
With our considerable experience that has made us one of the protagonists of the solar energy market and an installed capacity of over 25 MWp, CEMECO is well qualified for the construction of photovoltaic plants for civil and industrial purposes. The “turnkey” offer, includes the management of all the red tape, the preparation / renovation of the roof, the connection to the distribution network, the subsequent maintenance and monitoring of productivity.

CEMECO is an operating company which belongs to an industrial holding company “CEMECO HOLDING S.R.L.” (legal office: Località Pitino snc, 62027 San Severino Marche(MC) and Tax code:01862040431) operating in real estate, renewable energy (SILO System Srl) and in construction equipment (LOREV Impianti Srl).
The “SILO System” project offering is a result of the synergy between CEMECO and LOREV Impianti , for internationalization projects through joint ventures and transfer of know-how in developing markets.
